Toni Detz is a 3rd generation native of San Luis Obispo who's roots run deep as her grandfather was the first Fire Chief in SLO. From a young age Toni realized how special San Luis Obispo was and still is as a place to call home. She and her husband have always been very involved in the community while raising their 3 sons who are grown with lives of their own.

Toni has served on many local boards to help make a difference in the community, including the Women's Shelter, Youth Sports, Stand Strong, and the Downtown Improvement Association to name a few. As a Realtor, Toni is a member of San Luis Obispo Coastal Association of Realtors, an organization who helps set high standards for Agents to follow while doing business on the Central Coast.

Toni fell in love and became involved in Real Estate while attending Cal Poly studying Business and Animal Science. Her involvement over the past 40-plus years was as a homeowner, an investor and the last 20 years as a Realtor, Manager and Broker. She has a passion for learning, teaching, mentoring and most importantly helping others fulfill their dreams. Her knowledge of the Central coast and Real Estate coupled with real life experience allows her to help others with their real estate needs and avoid problems.
